Customer service – it’s the attitude, and the aptitude

You have heard and experienced it for yourself, not once but many times…about the utter lack of customer service and how we need to become better at it.

A simple, but apparently true “customer pays your salary” doesn’t seem to be well-heeded by alot of us, service workers nowadays.  Why?  Is it because of lack of apathy?  is it a lack of training?  I think it’s both.
