Learn, Apply and Share as Trainers

In training, you learn from others;
You internalise and apply what others have experienced.
And in turn, you transfer this to many more.
But If are not in training, you remain -
With only your experience to tell others.

As trainers or teachers, we mustn’t forget that our opportunity for continual learning doesn’t just come from books, course or academic pursuits, but also from our participants and students;  they come from all walks of life, and they may have rich experiences that will help us to reflect and learn more than the theories from books.
